This policy explains how Holidaywala (holidaywala.kiwtech.in), operated by Arshit Traders, collects and uses your information.
What we collect
- Enquiries on a package: your name, mobile number, travel date, number of members and message.
- Trip requests (Plan my trip): your name, mobile number, optional email, destination, city, days, members, budget, travel date and notes.
- Contact form: what you type in it.
- Basic usage data: package views and technical logs needed to run and secure the website.
How we use it
- A package enquiry is shared with the travel agent who listed that package, and WhatsApp opens so you can chat with them.
- A trip request is shared with registered travel agents on our agent platform, Leadswala, who may call or WhatsApp you with quotes for that trip.
- We use contact messages only to reply to you.
We do not sell your personal data. Agents who receive your details are independent businesses and are responsible for how they use them.
Storage and security
Data is stored with our hosting and database providers using encryption in transit. Access is limited to staff and systems that need it.
Your choices
You can ask us to delete your enquiry or trip request at any time by writing to leadswalakiwtech@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 98115 10370. If an agent keeps contacting you after you say no, tell us and we will act on it.
