1. What Holidaywala is
Holidaywala is a listing platform. Holiday packages are created, priced and fulfilled by independent travel agents. Holidaywala does not sell travel, does not collect booking payments from travellers and is not a party to any booking between you and an agent.
2. Package information
Agents are responsible for the accuracy of their packages, including prices, hotels, inclusions and photos. We review listings before publishing them but cannot guarantee availability or the final price, which can depend on dates and group size. Always confirm the final quote and itinerary with the agent in writing.
3. Bookings and payments
Your contract for the trip is with the travel agent. Cancellations, refunds, changes and complaints about services are governed by the agent's own terms. We recommend paying only to the agency's business account and keeping an invoice.
4. Your conduct
Please submit genuine enquiries with your own contact details. Do not misuse the forms, scrape the website or post false reports.
5. Reporting a problem
If a package looks misleading or an agent behaves improperly, use “Report this package” on the deal page or contact us. We may remove packages or agents from the platform.
6. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Arshit Traders is not liable for the services, acts or omissions of travel agents or for any loss arising from a booking made with them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction.
